La Pionera — Cherry Spirit from Patagonia

There are cherry trees that grow where almost nothing else can: in Chile Chico, a town on the edge of Chilean Patagonia, with glaciers as neighbors. These are the southernmost cherries in the world — and from them La Pionera is born, an artisanal spirit that imitates nothing: it captures a place.

We use no essences, no concentrates, no third-party alcohols. The fruit is harvested, distilled, and bottled with glacier meltwater, in a small, hand-tended process. You can taste it in every sip: this doesn't taste like "cherry flavor," it tastes like real cherry.

In the glass
Crystal clear, with an aroma that arrives before the first sip: ripe cherry, red berries, an undertone of bitter almond. On the palate it's smooth and balanced — the fruit's sweetness meets a long, slightly bitter finish that makes it elegant and easy to keep drinking.

How to enjoy it
Neat and chilled, as a digestif. With dark chocolate or fruit desserts. Or as the base of a simple cocktail where cherry takes center stage — it doesn't need much else.
