Kawésqar — Potato Vodka

In Coyhaique, in the south of Chilean Patagonia, a master distiller who came from Bulgaria found the place where his craft finally made sense. Kawésqar was born from that story: the southernmost Chilean potato vodka in the world, made 100% in Patagonia, with local potatoes and spring water.

From raw material to bottle, with no base alcohols or blends — just native potatoes, water, and artisanal work in limited batches.

In the glass
Smooth and clean, with an earthy note, potato cream, and a fresh mineral edge. The texture is notably velvety and enveloping — a clear vodka, viscous at low temperatures, with a hint of sweetness that sets it apart from everyday neutral vodkas.
